SMOKY QUARTZ (Reverse Scepter) Jinkouhe, Sichuan, China
This single smoky Quartz crystal is doubly terminated. The ends of the crystal exhibit stair-stepped smaller crystal faces, This is the opposite of a sceptered overgrowth. Also, this crystal appears to be a floater with no areas of contact.
CALCITE with FLUORITE Elmwood Mine, Smith County, Tennessee
A large double terminated calcite crystal that exhibits some internal clarity. The form fro the calcite is scalenohedral. Perched in the middle front side of the calcite is a single rich purple colored fluorite cube - an excellent contrast!

Two parallel growth barite crystals with one being prodominent. Each crystal is copped with reddish hematite. Some secondary siderite is present towards the base of each barite.
